New: Shibaura SR525 reel mower 
In Nürnberg, at Galabau, Shibaura introduced the SR525 reel mower. The SR525 reel mower is provided with a powerful Shibaura 3-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 38 hp.
Due to the large volume of the engine 1662 cc, a power of 38 hp can be reached with a relatively low rotational speed. This is advantageous for emission and noise level.
The SR525 is a compact, lightweight reel mower with hydrostatic operation. Due to the low centre of gravity of the mechanical drive, it is also very suitable to mow on slopes. Very easy to manoeuvre and simple to operate. The SR525 is also easy to maintain, because the central mowing units can be moved to the side and easily be turned around.
The SR525 has a mowing width of 2,5 metres and ensures an excellent and even mowing pattern.
The mowing units can be supplied with 7, 9 (standard) or 11 blades. It is also possible to work with a grass collector.
